YOUNG DUNNY

A native of Cincinnati who epitomizes the life much of inner-city youth growing up in the downtown area of the Nasty Nati. Dunny, who was raised by his grandmother, always had a love for music. "....I still remember the days of singing with the church choir (which developed and refined my classic style of music.".... However, two years ago after celebrating his 18th birthday, the most influential person in Dunny's life passed away - his grandmother. Unfortunately, following the death of his grandmother, Young Dunny was propelled into a life of poverty (sleeping in abandon building and continuiously living with uncertainty with everyday that passed..... Towards the end of 2007, Young Dunny while walking thru the streets of Corryville is when he met Congo, President & CEO of Exclusive Wear (i.e., a high-end Urban Fashion retail chain). Congo was extremely impressed with the sound of Young Dunny’s voice and was captivated by the story of his life. See, not only had Dunny become homeless but he had five felony warrents and was literally on the run when he met Congo. .... Shortly after meeting Young Dunny, Congo (who never wanted to be in the entertainment industry) started Ameer Records and began working with music producer Hi-Tek (a fellow Cincinnati native). In a matter of months Congo's young prodigy had been rescued from a life of homelessness and crime had produced multiple songs with one of the most highly aclaimed producers in the industry..... In February of 2008 the first song was released: 513 Anthem, which could be heard playing in car stereos across the city in a matter of no time. And if Young Dunny has cemented himself into the local scene as quickly as he has, it is only a matter of time before he does the exact same thing on a national level.
